Number 1 exercise that hid my gyno
Only surgery can really remove a true gyno. It won't go away with exercise, sadly. But it does not mean we can't do something about it.Say hello to INCLINE BENCH PRESS!

As you can see, the gyno is somewhat hidden, due to my upper chest being bigger. The main exercise that helped develop this is the incline bench press (or dumbbell press). As advised by many, doing flat bench press will only push the gyno out even more — so don’t do them.
At this time I can bench up to 60kg.
